Bengaluru FC Partnership Sporthood is the official grassroots partner of Bengaluru FC, one of the top ISL clubs in the country. The partnership provides world class coaching to children with the aim at take them from grassroots to greatness. Our coaching curriculum has been developed by AFC certified coaches and verified by the experts at Bengaluru FC. All our players have the exclusive opportunity to be scouted for the academy teams of the prestigious club. Tech Enabled System Sporthood's tech based ecosystem helps coaches & parents manage their entire academy experience. The coaches are enabled with our trainer app where they can access everything related to their batches, curriculum and skill tracking. Parents can download & use the Sporthood app, available on Android and IOS, for a whole variety of purposes like finding the right batch at a convenient location to schedule trials, paying fees and reviewing their child's progress over a period of time.
Development Pathway Our player development pyramid allows a child taking their first steps in the game to grow into a professional footballer. We start off with Level 1 - where we introduce the sport through our curriculum and build a solid foundation at our grassroots centers. Kids at Level 2 undergo advanced training with our elite squads. Level 3 children are invited to BFC's academy squads on a full scholarship. Level 4 students are part of the reserve squads of BFC and Level 5 kids are integrated into their first teams. This pyramid serves as the primary blueprint towards manifesting our vision for the Sporthood academy.
Competitive Exposure All our students are given tournament & match experience at all levels of the developmental pathway. Be it monthly match days or inter-academy tourneys at state, national or international level, we do our best to build the competitive mentality in our players. Next, advanced coaching camps are conducted periodically by industry experts on various aspects - from skill & fitness training to nutrition. Finally, we also conduct yearly international exposure tours where we take our students to top clubs around Europe participating in training camps and/or tournaments.
It is recommended but not compulsory to wear football studs while playing at the facility.
